With 10+ years of hands-on real estate experience, Charann Patnyam comes from a 35+ year family legacy in real estate and construction. Having grown up around land acquisitions, development, construction and deal-making, he has been immersed in the business from an early age.

At 20x Realty, Charann leads the business hands-on across strategy, property sourcing, sales, marketing and growth, combining deep market understanding with modern technology and performance-driven execution.

With 35+ years of experience in real estate, construction and business, Jay Pavan Kumar brings deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial insight to 20x Realty. An Engineer, Builder, Developer and Vastu Consultant, he has built and led ventures including Satyam Constructions, Hi-Kon Carbon, Dhatree Seeds and Dhatree Granites.

At 20x Realty, he provides strategic guidance, industry insight and long-term vision, drawing on decades of experience in land acquisition, development, construction and business leadership.
